Dive Into Residential & Multi-Family Real Estate With Black Elm Financial Partnership
An experienced, high-level team of experts to manage your investments and create generational wealth.

How The Partnership Works
Investing in real estate is an intelligent way to create generational wealth — but the traditional way of doing things often leaves you with a burden, not a gift.
Maybe you’ve been there before. The borrowed money, constant attention, repair costs, tenant searches, and general landlord duties all resulted in unimpressive returns.
With Black Elm Financial Limited Partnership (BEFLP or Black Elm Financial), you can invest in residential & multi-family real estate while letting our experienced team manage your investment on your behalf.

Who We Are
We’re a team of professionals that wants to ensure this is the right investment choice for you. Our dedicated team would love to talk to you and give your situation the attention it deserves.

He took this experience and founded Black Elm Financial in 2019, focusing on creating a truly hands off approach for investors. He prides himself on focusing on vision meeting execution, and using his experience as a police officer to lead an effective team.
